July Richmond Natural Hair Meetup

Our second meetup on Tue July 20th was a success!

After an ice breaker to get acquainted we opening up one big group discussion.  I quickly learned people didn’t attend for information, but more for the fellowship.

I had the opportunity to meet fellow Richmond blogger Kenyatta, of All Tressed Up!

To maintain natural moisture she had two suggestions.  One is putting a mixture of 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and one table spoon of honey.  She revealed, after throwing away shampoo, the ritual of co-washing (conditioning-washing) has solved her lack of moisture.
