I got up early this morning. I promised I would meet a friend for a 7am workout boot camp. I wore my hair in two-strand twist with the intention to wash and condition the twists after the workout.
Since I am a night owl, the task of getting up 6:00ish on a Saturday was truly a challenge but I made it out of the house on time.
The work out was tough! I really didn’t know what I was getting into. I learned the hard way the importance of pacing yourself. In the beginning I was pushing too hard, and towards the end of the one-hour workout I couldn’t even keep up.
