As I was reading this article, Around Greensboro: African Pride Hair Care by a Black University I grew angry.
Advertising Campaign:
African Pride Supports relaxers and texturizers – products we do not support on this site. In addition to these products that do the opposite of promoting African Pride they run add campaigns similar to Dr. Miricle. African Pride shares a national media image that Black hair is broken, and needs to be fixed by using their products.
