Yesterday the news has been working my nerves. When I started to watch CNN they were discussing the issue of the President not submitting his original birth certificate. Ughh. Don’t we think he is vested by now? The news continued to talk about Michael Jackson’s doctor and the racial profiling of the Harvard Professor…then CNN’s Black in America. I was a little overwhelmed with ‘What is Means to be Black’ and not just being. Being Black is definitely an experience in itself. There are needs for Black outlets. (Like Kinnks.com). But does everything have to be about race? It can be exhausting. OH WELL… so, more on race…

I always wonder… is my blackness attached to my cookies/IP address/spyware, or does everyone see this natural hair woman? She is so happy despite the debt she can enter with her discover card.

I think it’s a part of marketing, and we have to be careful about products featuring naturals that are not all that good for our hair - but it’s still good to see :o)
